Offered in collaboration with Meadowlands and Cores & Effect Pilates, Amy Krazizky & Tracey Skinner are excited to present a unique offering for Equestrians. A combination of specific skill sets to support you and your horse through challenges to your goals.
Our philosophy is ‘to meet everybody where that body is at’, to support you and your horse in a process of growth no matter what level you are presently at.
In our Equestrian Tool Kit clinics we address physical, mental and emotional awareness in your equine partnership. How often your time and effort doesn’t equal the progress you’re making, and why that happens. We will help you remove obstacles that are holding you back from training in a productive way, offering a supportive training community & mentorship program to guide you on your equestrian journey.
No matter what your discipline, how small or large your goals are, the Equestrian Tool Kit is the perfect starting point. The Equestrian Tool Kit is a progressive three level series with a focus on awareness & a diagnostic approach to horsemanship.
Level One: Awareness
Level Two: Communication
Level Three: Connection
You will learn a system to identify, address & finesse not only your horses movement but also your own: resulting in creating balance & harmony in your ride. The client & horse benefit from both movement modalities, to actively participate in the process of releasing tension, and within the intuitive nature of the delivery, access a new level of communication with your horse. The levels of ETK include the equestrian mindset, human & horse biomechanics, groundwork and riding equitation from fundamental to competitive level .
NOTE: Participants must complete each level before progressing to the next.

Tracey & Amy
Tracey was born horse crazy and started her journey with horses at the age of 8. For the first 2 decades she was dedicated to the competitive sport of Show Jumping. She competed successfully throughout Western Canada in the high Jr/Amatuer levels. During these years Tracey had the opportunity to ride with and work for some of the top Show Jumping trainers in the country.
The opportunity to start training and working with young horses quickly took Tracey's focus away from the competitive world. She became aware of the importance of developing a strong foundation in horses during the early and crucial years of their development. This brought her to the study of Natural Horsemanship. For the last 17 years, Tracey has studied under and been mentored by some of the top natural horsemen and women in the world.
Today, Tracey is more than ever a student of the horse. Her inspiration to continue her life long education is one of her best attributes as a teacher - always fresh with ideas and inspiration to bring to her students.
She remains passionate about developing young horses, building a strong foundation in her charges, helping them gain the confidence and competence to be successful in their lives, no matter what discipline they go into.
Amy Grew up in an equestrian family in England and after life took her in a different direction for a few years, she found her way back to horses and now lives with her family and equine companions in Priddis, Alberta. Initially, Amy discovered Pilates throughout her own hip and back rehab, and enjoyed how the work balanced her body and allowed her to feel the connection between movement and mind.
The Pilates practice has transformed her riding through improving posture, core strength, joint mobility and mind-body connection. Feeling the change within her own body has fueled her passion to help other riders experience the same benefits of Pilates.
Specializing in the equestrian physical body, Amy's approach combines the connection between equestrian biomechanics and the Pilates methodology.
Along with her love for horses, Amy has a passion for movement and exercise and has completed her Fully Comprehensive Training in Classical Pilates Method under Tanis Fleming.
Clients have described Amy as a natural and empathetic teacher that inspires and motivates.
